The art opening was a whole lot of fun and I'm thankful to all the fam and friends that showed up and made that place a happenin' hub of bestial amicability! It will be sad to see the furry little friends of original paintings that sold go- but I'll be sure to document them well. There are more pics, but the outdoor air and sun is beckoning me...

Wow, that was amazing. And I love the animal masks. All the paintings you posted are beautiful!
I'm happy to hear you had a good time and that you posted about it. Selling paintings seems so hard to me. I've never had to do it of course. But the thought of making something beautiful and then sending it off is sad. Although the buyer is happy with it. I'm sure your works have found lovely new homes!

Congratulations, Marisol!
Seems like it was a lot of fun. The paintings are beautiful even the ones on the wall next to the food (the flowers with your name).
Beijos!

Mari, i am so sorry i couldn't make the opening. Between my dance rehearsal and running around for my bday bash left me so very little time. But am definitely going to check the show out before it closes. Do you know the gallery hours because the site does not list them? I love the face painting at the entrance, i would've definitely partaken in a fun face. I love "Rapture" and the self portrait but am not picking a favorite until I see the show in its entirety. When is your next visit down to the gallery? Would love for us to meet up. Many congrats on a successful opening!!!

I'm so glad that your opening went so well and that I was able to be there. Kassie and I enjoyed ourselves soomuch and are looking forward to picking up our purchases! I have selected the wall space for my Owl and Lion and Kassie keeps asking if it's been three weeks so she can pick up her giraffe card.
Mio enjoyed it as well and especially loved the painting of the woman holding the deer.
